As you journey through the world of Grand Fantasia, you can keep track your friends through the Friends list.
Friends List[]
There are three ways to add someone to your friends list. If you enjoy playing with someone, add them so you can play together in the future!
- Method 1: Select the character you want to add, and then right-click their profile picture (top middle of the screen). Select Add from the menu.
- Method 2: If the person you want to add has been chatting, right-click on their name in the chat window. Select Add from the menu.
- Method 3: Open the Social window to view your Friends List (press "O" on the keyboard, or click the mini-menu icon). Click the Add button and type in the player's name. Press OK to add them.
Once a player is on your friend list, you can see their level, class, and location. The triangle located at the bottom right of the Location Tab can be used to switch the location information of your friends to the channel information to know which channel they logged in. If they're not online, they won't show up unless the "Offline" checkbox is checked. You can have up to 100 friends in your list.
Friend Options[]
If you right-click on a friend's name, it will bring up more options.
- Recruit: Sends an invitation to the player to join your guild.
- Block: Blocks the player from interacting with you.
- Name Clone: Copies the name of the player. You can paste (CTRL + V) the name in chat or somewhere else.
- Whisper: You chat the player through the [Whisper] Chat option.
- Remove from Friends List: Removes the player from your friends list.
- Invite to Party: Invites the player to your current party. If you don't have a party, it will create one with that player.
- Challenge: Challenges the player to a Sprite Duel.
- Place Bet: You and the player bet money and/or items to decide who will win the duel.
- View Island: Sends an invitation to go to the player's Sprite Island if they have one.
The same methods for adding friends can be used to remove someone from your friends list, or even block them. You can also right-click on their name in your list to get these options.
Block List[]
Once a player has been blocked, you can see them in the Block List. You can right-click them and either add them back to your friends list, or remove them from your block list and friends list entirely. You can have up to 100 people blocked, and you CANNOT block a [GM] or [GS] player.
